Introgram processes Telegram messages, Telegram chat identifiers, amoCRM account identifiers, and integration configuration data only to provide Telegram chat integration with amoCRM.

Telegram bot tokens are encrypted at rest when SECRET_ENCRYPTION_KEY is configured. Message and webhook logs are used for diagnostics and delivery reliability.

Files may be temporarily processed to deliver messages between Telegram and amoCRM. Introgram does not sell personal data.
